Special guest: Dr. Thomas Levy is a board-certified cardiologist and a bar-certified attorney. After practicing adult cardiology for 15 years, he began to research the enormous toxicity associated with much dental work, as well as the pronounced ability of properly-administered vitamin C to neutralize this toxicity. He has now written 12 books, with several addressing the wide-ranging properties of vitamin C in neutralizing many toxins and resolving most infections, as well as its vital role in the effective treatment of heart disease and cancer. Recently inducted into the Orthomolecular Medicine Hall of Fame, Dr. Levy continues to research the impact of the orthomolecular application of vitamin C and antioxidants in general on chronic degenerative diseases.

Dr. Thomas Lokensgard, DDS, NMD, ABAAHP, received his BA degree (cum laude) in 1974 from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota, majoring in biology with a special emphasis in biochemistry and physiology. He graduated from the University of Minnesota’s School of Dentistry in 1979 with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. In 1980, Dr. Thom started his dental practice in Park Rapids, Minnesota, with an emphasis in cosmetic restorative dentistry. Recognizing the important connection between nutrition and optimal health, he went on to earn his Naturopathic Medical Degree (NMD) from Clayton College of Natural Health in Birmingham, Alabama. Subsequently Dr. Lokensgard founded the Centre for Holistic and Biological Dentistry, in Brentwood, Tennessee.

Stuart M. Nunnally, DDS, MS, graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center Dental School in San Antonio in 1980. Dr. Nunnally is board certified in naturopathic medicine, as well as in integrative biologic dental medicine. He serves on the teaching faculty of the Academy of Comprehensive Integrative Medicine and The American College of Integrative Medicine and Dentistry, and he frequently teaches on all aspects of biological dentistry.

Dr. Thomas Lokensgard, DDS, NMD, ABAAHP, is a holistic and biological dentist with over 30 years of clinical experience. Dr. Lokensgard started his dental practice with an emphasis in Cosmetic Restorative Dentistry. He became interested in Orthodontic and Cranio-Facial procedures in dentistry, taking hundreds of additional hours in CDE credits to further his knowledge and experience. After extensive study and training with the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), he became Board Certified in 2008. Dr. Lokensgard’s dedication to quality dental care and cutting edge technology go hand-in-hand with his gentle and caring service to his patients. Dr. Lokensgard is the founder of the Centre for Holistic and Biological Dentistry in Franklin, Tennessee.
