She is also an Adjunct Professor in the College of Family Medicine at Stony Brook University. She has been published in many peer-reviewed journals and is a contributing author for book chapters relating to nutrition in adult and pediatric populations. Susan’s passion for wellness includes participating in short- and middle-distance triathlons, and getting her young children to eat more fruits and vegetables.
